• We inspect the case for cracks. Check sealing surfaces for nicks, scratches, or burrs that can cause leaks. Inspect output shaft bore for signs of wear on one side. This can indicate misalignment of prop shaft.

• We inspect gears for unusual wear patterns, chipped, cracked or broken teeth.

• We inspect bearings for chips, cracks, galling or missing bearings. Also check for signs of overheating!!

• We inspect threaded parts for stripping, damaged threads or burrs.

• We inspect springs for distortion, cracks or other damage. Also check springs against dimensions.

Then fix any neccessary repairs!!
